What You’ll Do As our Memory Care Director, you’ll be the heart and soul of our Memory Care unit — leading with compassion, creativity, and excellence. You’ll: Serve as the key connection between residents, families, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure care that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Develop engaging, meaningful programs tailored to each stage of dementia, promoting dignity and quality of life. Support and educate families, helping them navigate their loved one’s journey with understanding and grace. Champion best practices in dementia care and inspire your team to deliver the Touchstone Experience every day.
