Since that time, we have continually grown to include terminals in Plymouth, MI, Jackson Center, OH, Medina, OH, Alsip, IL, and Champaign, IL.The cornerstone of our service strategy is to provide strategic advantage to our customers. And as an EPA Smartway Partner, Whiteline Express is committed to technologies and processes that reduce our carbon footprint while protecting the environment for future generations.What You’ll DoDriver Technology Support• Be a main point of contact for drivers needing help with ELDs, tablets, mobile apps, and in-cab technology.• Troubleshoot ELD malfunctions and ensure any repairs or replacements meet DOT requirements.• Deploy updates to driver devices and technology with minimal disruption to their schedules.• Make sure every driver has the tools they need to operate safely, efficiently, and confidently.General IT Support• Respond to day-to-day technical issues for employees across all departments.• Diagnose and resolve semi-routine system, device, or access problems.• Coordinate with vendors or internal teams when issues need escalation.• Provide excellent customer service—especially to users who may not be technical.Documentation & Process• Document troubleshooting steps, system updates, and resolutions.• Help build and maintain clear knowledge base articles for both office staff and drivers.• Participate in improving IT processes and best practices.Projects & Technology Rollouts• Assist with hardware refreshes, software migrations, and new technology deployments.• Collaborate with team members to evaluate and introduce new tools and systems.What You Bring• Strong communication skills with a helpful, patient, and friendly approach.• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.• Experience with Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS.• Ability to troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely.• Basic familiarity with programming or scripting languages (VBScript, HTML, PHP, C#, C++, XML, SQL) is a plus.The Perks of Joining Our Team• Weekly Pay•Affordable medical, dental and vision benefits + 401k Matching•Paid Holidays•Consistent work scheduleWhy This Role MattersOur drivers and employees depend on reliable technology every day.
