Job Description:ECAM is seeking a Low Voltage Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team supporting low-voltage installation, including supervisors, coordinators, installers, and subcontractor partners. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and technical expertise in low-voltage surveillance and security systems. Your leadership will drive business performance, reduce system downtime, and set the standard for customer satisfaction across the region.You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, oversee service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting the growth and development of your team.What’s in it for YouCompetitive Pay: $80,000 - $106,000 annuallyWork Site Location: Hanover, MDSet Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require working long hours and on weekends.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.Career Growth: Career growth opportunities at ECAMYour Responsibilities as Service ManagerLead and mentor a regional service team to deliver maintenance and repair of low-voltage security systems.Develop and manage subcontractor partnerships to support surge capacity and geographic coverage.Collaborate with dispatch, remote services, installation, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Monitor service ticket backlog, drive process compliance, and ensure key performance indicator (KPI) achievement (MTTR, backlog reduction, system uptime)Manage customer escalations, audits, and preventative maintenance programsOversee on-call schedules to support weekend and holiday field service needsEnsure vehicles, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained and service-readyChampion a first-time fix culture through root cause analysis and quality assurance initiativesSupport National Accounts leadership with reporting, updates, and SLA performanceLead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentPerform other duties as assignedYour Qualifications:Authorization to work in the U.S.Minimum of 7 years managing low-voltage technicians or service teamsStrong technical expertise in CCTV (analog & IP), access control, intrusion alarms, and intercom systems in the security industry.Solid networking implementation/troubleshooting experienceExperience managing full-time technicians and subcontractor networksProficiency in service management platforms and business software (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsExperience overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV installations.ECAM: Safeguarding Sites with InnovationECAM, a GardaWorld company, is a leader in security technology and remote surveillance.
