Department/Unit SummaryThe Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care across various units within the hospital. This position supports multiple clinical areas and is responsible for delivering nursing care based on established clinical practices and nursing standards. The RN Float Pool adapts quickly to new environments and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
