This is an excellent opportunity to operate collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-impact corporate environment.What you will be doingLegal Operations SupportSupport regulatory filingsManage electronic billing system and legal databasesHandle billing matters with services providers and state agenciesManage corporate records roomMaintain digital storage processesAdminister payments for legal invoices ​Administrative SupportBook and manage travel arrangements for department staffReconcile expenses for department staffCreate and edit PowerPoint presentationsAssist with corporate and regulatory filings, including organizing and maintaining departmental records and filing systemsCoordinate and organize department events, including scheduling meetings and training sessions via on-site, video and phoneManage purchase requisitions, accounts payable submissions/research and payments/reconciliation for departmentPartner closely with other Administrative Assistants, providing back up and/or support on phone coverage and other daily activitiesAdditional projects and tasks may be requested by leadersSupport department staff with other administrative tasks as neededWhat you bringAt least 5 years of administrative experience in a robust corporate environment at a high levelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills, time management and attention to detailAbility to exhibit the highest level of integrity, ensuring security of confidential information with discretionAbility to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professional presence at all timesExhibit superior service on response time to emails and calls promptlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExperience working in a fast paced environment (e.g., corporate, law firm, doctor’s office)Nice to havePrior experience planning and executing small corporate eventsPrior experience proofreading documents for senior leadersLegal experience preferred but not required    Employee Benefits & Well-BeingGenworth employees make a difference in people’s lives every day.
