The selected candidate is part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for ensuring a high quality welcoming experience for residents and guests. Qualifications: Qualified applicants will possess the following:10 years of progressive experience in quality Food & Beverages operations management in high quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company Previous experience with oversight of multiple Food & Beverages venuesDemonstrated knowledge and skills with budgets, reporting, training and staff managementCurrent state health and sanitation certificationAbility to supervise, hire, train and motivate staffA strong systems orientation with Microsoft office skills and experience with a POS systemEffective communication, financial acumen, social skills and standards appropriate for the operation of formal dining operations Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plusAs required, possess or be willing to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE)Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certifiedBachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business or related field is preferred Pay Range: USD $114,830.00 - USD $149,289.00 /Yr.
