Job Reference Number: 35821Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Segment: EducationBrand: Elior-Collegiate-DiningLocation: Waynesburg, Pennsylvania (US-PA)  The Role at a glance: We are looking to add a motivated, effective Food Service Retail Manager to our Education team in Waynesburg.  As a Food Service Retail Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of a food service retail department to ensure that customers and clients never miss a meal. #LI-SC1   #BOOST What you'll be doing: Managing all functions of the food service retail department and its resources.  Manage and lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees.  Ensuring that staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.  Budgeting for the department, including directly purchasing ingredients and ensuring the account meets all targets and forecasts.  Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding the technical and administrative aspects of dining service.  Addressing customer service needs.  What we're looking for: Must-haves:  At least three years of experience coordinating food service retail operations.  Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.  The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.  Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.  Nice-to-haves:  Chick-fil-A certification  ServSafe and/or HACCP certification  Where you'll be working: Waynesburg University Chick-fil-A location  Compensation Range Up to $60,000 depending on experience  Our Benefits: Medical (FT Employees) Dental Vision Voluntary UNUM offering for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Discount Program Commuter Benefits (Parking and Transit)  EAP 401k Sick Time Holiday Pay (9 paid holidays) Tuition Reimbursement (FT Employees) Paid Time Off  About Elior Collegiate: Elior Collegiate Dining is rewriting the rules of campus dining, serving up bold flavors, fresh ideas, and high-impact experiences that fuel student life.
