Ammonia/ CO2 Field Service Technician (remote)

That’s why we’re committed to eco-friendly refrigerants, including Ammonia, Cascade Ammonia- CO2, and Transcritical CO2. This is a remote opportunity for candidates living in the US.How you will do itPerform a variety of field service work to include, machine operations, maintenance training, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, machine repair, modifications, programming, preventative maintenance, and commissioning under limited supervision. This role requires 100% travel throughout the US.What we look for Required2+ years related experience in Commercial/industrial refrigeration. Including troubleshooting service and startup of refrigeration systems. This could include education.Ability to travel 100% of the time.Required to have a passport or the ability to acquire a passport.Strong diagnostics and technical capability, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and optical refrigeration systems.Ability to comprehend mechanical and electrical blueprints.Provides customers with timely and accurate technical information in a positive and straightforward manner. Strong communication skills.PreferredCertifications:  EPA or Reta coursesSolid understanding with control Panels (ie) microthermal/Carel/M&M/LogixHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $35.00 - 40.00/hr (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
