Unit Safety Manager 2

Role Overview: Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a qualified Unit Safety Manager 2 to serve as the stand-alone site leader for all Environmental, Health & Safety programs for an Oil and Gas client in Tioga, ND. This is a highly visible, influential role responsible for driving a best-in-class safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing strategic EHS initiatives across the sites. This role will support locations in Tioga, Keene, and Minot, ND. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.   What You'll Do: Safety LeadershipOwn all site EH&S programs as the stand-alone leaderLead safety culture initiatives, safety training, and employee engagementConduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, and hazard mitigation plansCompliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulationsManage all audits, inspections, and corrective action plansMaintain required documentation, reporting, and safety metricsEnvironmental ProgramsOversee air, water, and waste management programsManage permits, regulatory submissions, and sustainability initiativesIncident ManagementLead incident investigations and root-cause analysis (RCA)Implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Partner with operations to drive continuous improvementTraining & DevelopmentDevelop and deliver safety training across departmentsEnsure consistent and effective onboarding for new hiresStrategic ImpactBuild long-term EHS roadmap aligned with corporate standardsSupport capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process changes What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
