Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be Doing• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly• Manage maintenance staff, providing guidance and support for safe work practices• Collaborate with operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance• Work a night shift schedule as part of plant operationsWhat Are We Looking For• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams• Demonstrated capability in mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute maintenance tasks effectively• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards• Clear communication and collaboration skills across departments• Mining maintenance experience preferredWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a mining plant work environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
