Master Service Technician (A-Tech)- Heavy Equipment Location: Asheville, NC- Relocation support is available for qualified candidatesSalary: $30-$35- Commensurate with experienceAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a Master Service Technician (A-Tech) to join our high-performing service team in Asheville. As the most senior technical expert in the shop, you’ll take the lead on diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring junior technicians. You’ll work primarily on Bobcat equipment — including skid steers, excavators, and loaders — performing advanced troubleshooting and full rebuilds of hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems.This role is ideal for a seasoned technician who enjoys autonomy, values craftsmanship, and wants to work in a steady shop environment where their expertise truly matters.
