Customers enquiries management for spare and repair parts received from end-user customers. Monitoring of the deliveries time and the provision of the spare parts from the supplier.
Duties and Responsibilities To issue spare parts and repair offer to the end-user customers. To require the offer to the suppliers of parts cooperating with Purchasing department; To process purchase orders received from the customers; To control and monitoring the lead time of the parts ordered, To track and monitoring the internal processes and maintain key metrics.
