Location: Midvale, UT Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually Company: Stellar Senior LivingPosition OverviewStellar Senior Living is seeking a highly organized and motivated Capital & Facilities Project Manager to support capital planning, facilities initiatives, and operational projects across our portfolio of senior living communities. Join us and be part of something significant.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with CapEx planning, budgeting, tracking, and month-end reportingMaintain and manage project tracking tools to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metSupport Stellar Senior Living properties with fleet and asset management initiativesAssist with ESG and utility monitoring, tracking, and reporting effortsSupport property transitions from a physical-plant perspective, including:Signage coordinationFirst-impression improvementsUtility and account transfersCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and facilities teams to resolve issues and improve processesIdentify problems proactively and help develop practical, organized solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate)Background or interest in facilities management, capital projects, operations, asset/fleet management, or project-based rolesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentProficient with basic reporting tools (Excel, project tracking systems, or similar)Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhy Join Stellar Senior Living?Gain hands-on experience in capital projects and facilities operations across a growing senior living platformWork with a supportive team that values organization, initiative, and learningHybrid schedule with one remote day per weekCompetitive salary and a role designed for growth and career developmentIf you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to meaningful work that supports senior living communities, we’d love to hear from you.
