Our Ideal Candidate  We are looking for a Front End Legal Assistant to join our Client Services Team.  A great fit would be someone people-oriented who has a history of working hard for clients, appreciates the connection between details and client success, and is emotionally and intellectually sharp.   Skills Enjoy helping and interacting with people  Offer compassion to individuals who are injured  Can balance multiple tasks and cases without skipping a beat  Are driven to win and take pride in your work  Enjoy finding creative solutions  Are meticulous in record keeping Responsibilities Assist the Client Services team in other clerical tasks Experience and Professional Background  Computer literacy (required)  High School Diploma or GED (required) 1+ years Office Work experience (preferred)  1+ years of Personal Injury experience (preferred)   Compensation $21.00 - $23.00/hour Health, Dental, and Vision care up to 100% employer paid (Buy up options available) Employee Assistance Program 3 Weeks PTO in your first year, Uncapped PTO in year 3 401(k) matching up to 4% (after 1 year) 50% Paid ORCA transit card
