Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Production Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basisPossessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)Three (3) years’ manufacturing experienceOne (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Flexibility to ensure all shifts are operating efficiently.Strong mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills.Strong attention to detail.Good leadership and interpersonal skills.Willingness to coach and teach others.Good organization skills.Good ability to collect and analyze data to make informed decisions.Willingness to obtain certifications on relevant processes and equipment.Work location: Onsite - 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO 65202Travel: No TravelRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
