Experience working on diesels and transmissions is a must! We value our employees and invest in their success.We offer excellent benefits including:Up to $45 per hour!5-day work weekMultiple bays available401(k) with company matchMedical and Dental InsurancePaid vacationResponsibilities - GM-Certified Service Technician:Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standardsDiagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairCommunicate with parts department to obtain needed partsExamine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is requiredRoad-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician, keeping in mind that the customer vehicle should not be used for personal errandsKeep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all timesUnderstand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wasteMust follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisorQualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:GM certification is requiredElectric Vehicle (EV) certification is a major plus!Must have experience working on diesels and transmissionsExcellent customer service skills a mustProduct knowledge experience is requiredThe successful applicant must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredKnowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system; diagnostic equipment and A/C equipment is a mustPlease upload your resume. Completing the online assessment will grant you priority consideration!Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
