Shipping AssociatePosition Summary:The Shipping Associate plays a key role in ensuring all customer orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped on time. This position supports high-volume device shipments, custom-configured systems, and kitted orders across multiple customers, including enterprise, education, and government clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, package, and ship customer orders following established operational and customer-specific requirements.Verify serial numbers, part numbers, and quantities prior to shipment.Accurately scan and process shipments using SSC, SAP, or other shipping/ERP systems.Coordinate with provisioning, etching, returns, and other internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of completed orders.Generate and apply shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight carriers) and maintain accurate tracking documentation.Support inbound and outbound freight audits and assist in resolving shipping discrepancies.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S and company safety standards.Assist with cycle counts, stock verification, and overall inventory accuracy.Communicate delays, damages, or shipment exceptions to leadership promptly.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics (technology or manufacturing environments preferred).Experience using shipping platforms such as FedEx Ship Manager or UPS WorldShip.Familiarity with SAP, SSC, or other ERP systems is a plus.Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
