Sr. Procurement Specialist

Title: Senior Buyer / Supply Chain Specialist / Procurement Specialist  Location: Plymouth, MN - 100% Onsite Duration: 12 Months Contract + Extension  Pay Range: $35/hr – $40/hr (W2) We are looking for a Senior Buyer / Supply Chain Specialist to join one of our clients. Job Summary: Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and global suppliers to source and scale critical components from concept through commercialization. Drive product performance, cost, and time-to-market in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage long-term contracts and optimize supplier partnerships Plan and schedule deliveries to meet production demands Review requisitions, quotes, and vendor information Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfers Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions Generate reports, analyze data, and resolve supply chain issues Lead cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 5+ years in direct materials purchasing or commodity management Experience with ERP and PLM systems Strong Excel/reporting and vendor negotiation skills Onsite availability Candidates must be eligible to work for any employer without sponsorship.
