Summary: The Operations Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations for the Non-Slab division, leading and assigning work to ensure accurate and timely pick-pack orders, material putaways, daytime replenishments, and outbound shipments.Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 06:30 AM to 05:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PMSeniority Level: Mid-Senior LevelEmployment Type: Full-time Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $25 to $28 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $72,000 and $91,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:Ensure proper staffing of all shift functions to handle varied work volume for 15–30 employees in a 700,000 square foot facility.Maintain and manage facility quality processes and operating standardsEnsure on-time shipping performance by collaborating with direct reports to meet receipt and shipment quality and accuracy standardsSupervise realignment activities to optimize staffing levelsManage operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiativesProvide direct supervision to shift leads and frontline associates; hold them accountable for team performanceDeliver leadership, training, troubleshooting, issue mitigation, and guidance to team membersPromote leadership development and professional growth within the teamOversee facility and equipment maintenance, upkeep, and suppliesMaintain a safe work environment and ensure safety complianceCommunicate critical information effectively to internal and external customersConduct regular warehouse audits to ensure compliance with proceduresPerform additional duties as required or requested Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:High School Diploma requiredCollege degree is a plusThree (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experienceExperience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts is a plusProficient in using tablets (iPad), WMS, and internal portalsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, analyze data, and develop effective solutionsExcellent oral and written communication skills in English at all organizational levelsProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customersGood organizational skills across all operational areas This role has the following physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
