This is a part-time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour.ESSENTIAL DUTIESExtend a warm and friendly greeting to all arriving and departing guests/ownersMaintain cleanliness in the dining/lounge area, including clearing and cleaning tables, and restocking suppliesFollow hygiene standardsTake out garbageAnswer general inquiries about ski conditions, activities, local amenities, etc.Build rapport with guests through a friendly and attentive demeanorActively listen to the members' needs, anticipate their requests, and create a welcoming atmosphereAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSPrevious customer service experienceFlexible work schedule which may include early mornings, weekends, holidaysAbility to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environmentPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
