You’ll lead service operations and programs that meet branch objectives for revenue, sales, margin, technician training, and overall performance.Supervise and mentor day‑to‑day activities of service technicians; build schedules that keep work moving smoothlyLead service programs that deliver on branch goals (revenue, sales, margin)Implement action plans and mentor/train technicians to strengthen results and safetyEnsure excellent follow‑up so customers feel supported from job start through completionHow you will do itRevenue responsibilityImplement plans, programs, and processes that meet and exceed corporate goalsMaximize market potential across new bookings (sales), revenue, and profitabilityCustomer satisfactionMaintain clear, proactive communication; build strong relationships from first contact through order, delivery, installation, and serviceFulfill contractual obligations, resolve complaints quickly (service and collections), and minimize issues to enhance trustProductivity improvementSet fair, manageable territories and performance measures for techniciansMotivate teams to achieve and exceed goals using practical management toolsTrain clerical/dispatch personnel and ensure proficiency in our CRM and specific job proceduresSafety complianceEnsure employees comply with corporate safety programsConfirm safety training is thorough, complete, and up‑to‑dateIdentify hazards and promptly notify the corporate safety office when corrective action is neededWhat we look forRequiredExperience with large commercial business environmentsUnderstanding of water‑based fire protection systems: Wet, Dry, Pre‑Action, Foam, and Fire PumpsDemonstrated supervisory/leadership abilities: training, team building, presentations, negotiation, administration, and effective customer interactionAssociate degree or equivalent experience5-10 years industry experienceReadiness for experience in a supervisory roleAvailability for local/regional travel, including nights/weekends to meet customer needsPreferredNICET Level II in Inspection, Testing of Water‑Based Fire Protection SystemsHIRING SALARY RANGE: $89k-115k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
