We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.The Equipment Operator, reporting to the Director of Laundry Operations, is responsible for operating and maintaining a minor tunnel, Softrol soil rail system, and Milnor dryer systems.  This role is expected to monitor computer systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective production of laundry operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Operate and monitor the minor tunnel, Softrol soil rail system, and Milnor dryers according to established procedures.Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance as needed.Monitor computer systems to track the progress of laundry batches through the tunnel and dryer systems.Adjust settings as necessary to achieve optimal results in terms of cleanliness and dryness of laundry.Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or escalate to maintenance team as required.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalentFluent in English; Bilingual a plusProven experience in operating industrial laundry equipment preferred.OTHER QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in operating industrial laundry equipment preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly.Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position works in an operations environment with odors and/or dust and cleaning and laundry chemicals.
