For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform carpentry and interior construction repairs, including:Patching and repairing drywallPainting and finishing interior surfacesRepairing walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and millworkComplete general maintenance tasks such as:Cleaning and clearing drainsRepairing fixtures, hardware, windows, and doorsMinor appliance and office equipment repairsInspect assigned areas routinely and address maintenance needs proactivelyPerform routine building maintenance to keep facilities safe, functional, and serviceableComplete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance checklistsRespond promptly to work requests and complete repairs efficientlyReport major maintenance issues and recommend corrective actionsUse tools and equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate documentation and work order recordsMaintain a professional, customer-focused attitude with staff, clients, and coworkersFollow all Aramark safety policies, procedures, and codesAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
