The Financial Reporting System Administrative Supervisor supports the technical creation, standardization, delivery and automation of global financial management reports that provide key insights to our business results. Please be aware, Sherwin-Williams recruiting team members will never request a candidate to provide a payment, ask for financial information, or sensitive personal information like national identification numbers, date of birth, or bank account numbers during the application process.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS        Supervise a team to support, develop and enhance the OneStream application (and other reporting applications as necessary) and its processes in a manner that will result in an efficient and stable production environment for global reporting.OneStream ReportingDesign, develop, implement, and support all new report build and dashboarding capabilities in OneStream via Cube View reports, along with on-going maintenance of existing reporting. Maintain and distribute existing reports, books, and dashboards through parcel service.  Support OneStream report training to new hires and existing users with a broad range of experience.OneStream Business / IT teamCoordinate with the OneStream Business team for support during OneStream reorganizations, implementations, upgrades, and patches.Support communications of reporting changes to update leadership across Enterprise Finance.Other responsibilitiesBuild reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using multiple data sources to meet business requirements.Collaborate with partners in Enterprise Finance, Division Finance, and IT to improve data collection processes, enhance existing reports and data sources, discuss requirements, work on cross-functional projects and share best practices.Participate in projects to support Enterprise Finance process and governance when needed.Understand global financial processes and update key inputs and outputs as new processes are implemented.Support Acquisition and Divestiture activities through meaningful and accurate reporting.Maintain operating process documentation. POSITION REQUIREMENTSFORMAL EDUCATION:Required: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information SystemsKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:4+ years of accounting or finance experienceWorking knowledge of financial reporting systems (OneStream: cube views, quick views, books, dashboarding, BI Blend)  Preferred:Familiarity with Oracle General LedgerExperience with various other internal reporting applications (Visual Basic, SQL, FactFinder, OBIEE, Tableau, MicroStrategy, OnBase, Mobius) TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Required:Ability to effectively manage others. Strong PC skills including Microsoft ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-taskCompetency in developing and analyzing reports.Travel: 10%
