Description On-site in our Worthington, OH office.The Senior Payroll & Compliance Manager will oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle for all employees while acting as the primary compliance officer for all payroll-related statutory and regulatory requirements. With integrity at the center of all we do, we know that when we support you and your community, you'll change lives every day.As a Senior Payroll & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:•Payroll Operations – Manage the full payroll processing lifecycle. Manage the payroll functions of the organization, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant pay processing. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records and coordinating with HR and finance departments to support organizational goals.•Compliance Assurance – Monitor, implement, and audit processes against complex, multi-jurisdictional tax and labor laws including FLSA, Wage and Hour, etc.•System and Team Management – Manage and oversee payroll software, manage payroll as it relates to the entire HCM system, reconcile general ledger payroll accounts and manage a small team.•The position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.To qualify as a Senior Payroll & Compliance Manager with us, you will need: Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:•Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or other related field required.•Experience - Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience managing end-to-end payroll for mid to large size organization.•Compliance – Proven experience managing and ensuring multi-state or multi-jurisdictional payroll tax compliance.•Preferred Certification – A Certified Payroll Professional designation is highly preferred.•Health care experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:•Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payrolltaxes•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Strong supervisory and leadership skills•Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software•Advanced Excel skills preferred.•Data Analytics, Dashboard development and strong reporting skills preferred.•Proficient with payroll software, preferably ADP Workforce Now•Knowledge of Daily Pay helpfulAt Interim Healthcare Home Care, our patients deserve the very best – that's why we focus on each individual's needs in the comfort and dignity of their home.
