Customer Account Specialist - Hybrid Opportunity  Prestigious Charlotte Corporate office is expanding!   We are assisting our client in hiring two Customer Account Specialist to join their Sales and Service team. The primary purpose of the Customer Account Specialist is to ensure customers receive the best service possible through the coordinating any special requests and building strong relationships. You will be the front line for customer interaction and account management. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is accustomed to working within a high-performance team. Salary up to $58,000, great benefits, and a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist: Receive and process orders in SAP order management system via inbound telephone calls, email, web, and EDI from B2B customers. Expedite as required to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsible for confirming order, product availability, delivery status using company guidelines and assigned distribution lanes.Develop relationships to influence and drive sales of products and services.Create action plan with external sales teamResearch and eliminate pricing errors by ascertaining root cause.Evaluate credit history and accept orders within credit limit for customers.
