The driver should have previous freight delivery and customer-facing experience.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Delivery Driver Details  Schedule: M-F, 7 AM start, 8-10 hour shifts, 40+ hours per week.  Pay:  $26/hr  Route Type: local Freight / Load Type: Food deliveries to markets and warehouses Handling: Heavy touch (pallet jacks, dolly, lift gate)  CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A  Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Equipment Experience: tractor trailer and freight delivery experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements CDL A Delivery Driver Responsibilities:   Safely operate 36' tractor trailer on local routes - city driving Transport food in accordance with DOT and company safety standards to warehouses and storefronts Perform required handling tasks including loading trucks with pallet jack/dolly Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to safely lift 50 lbs Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program    Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
