Crew leader: DRIVE THE DUMP TRUCK: REQUIRED DOT Able to lift 50-70 lbs. multiple times per day. Lead and supervise onsite personnel, ensuring top-quality work and adherence to all safety standards and (CQAP) Assist foreman in his duties while on site working. Setting the pace of the installation for all crew members. Assist in equipment installation training with crew members. Assist with tool management. Job sites clean up. Assist with Customer Quality Assurance Program (CQAP) Develop skills to run the job site as a foreman in his absence. Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation.
