Event Stadium Cleaner

Position Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Event Cleaners to join our team. As an Event Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stadium remains clean, safe, and welcoming before, during, and after events. This includes concerts, NFL games, college football, and other large-scale events.   Pay:  $17.50 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.    Shift: EVENT BASED - 10 x Post Event and 10 x Event Cleaners - Hours: any where from 3:00 pm - 07:30 am.   WOULD PREFER PREVIOUS HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE    Benefit Information:   ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.  For information about ABM’s benefits, visit  ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (Español)   Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and concession areas. Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Maintain cleanliness in seating areas, concourses, suites, and VIP zones. Respond promptly to spills, trash overflow, and other cleaning needs during events. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with other cleaning staff and stadium personnel. Assist with post-event deep cleaning and reset for upcoming events. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Work Environment: Exposure to loud noise levels, large crowds, and varying weather conditions. Indoor and outdoor work required depending on event needs. WOULD PREFER PREVIOUS HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE    A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
