Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1 to support our partnership at Adventist Health St. Helena, a 151‑bed acute‑care hospital located in the beautiful Napa Valley. This facility serves a rural community with access to advanced medical services across emergency care, heart and vascular care, orthopedics, oncology, and behavioral health. In this role, you will lead daily operations that ensure a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do: Lead and oversee daily Environmental Services operations to ensure a consistently safe, sanitary, and welcoming healthcare environment.Manage frontline custodial staff, including training, scheduling, workflow supervision, and performance development.Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory cleanliness and infection‑prevention standards.Collaborate with nursing, facilities, and hospital leadership to support operational excellence and service responsiveness.
