Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.  How you will do it  Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.  Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.What we look for  RequiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsOutstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skillsPC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred QualificationsAny Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChemValid US drivers licenseHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18-25 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
