Special Education Recruiter – Remote Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the market for healthcare opportunities, primarily in nursing, therapy, special education, and non-clinical roles within schools. Job Duties: Perform full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates Recruit healthcare and special education professionals by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses Qualifications: Familiarity with special education services and/or allied health recruitment required Preferred 1-3 years of experience recruiting for allied health or special education roles Bachelor’s Degree preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Schedule & Location: Remote 9:00am - 5:30pm EST Compensation: $55,000 - $58,000 base salary + commission structure Comprehensive benefits #AC1 #ACINT
