Field Security Supervisor

Field Security Supervisor Wage: $20.00-22.00/ hour  Safe driving record required1 year of security experience required; supervisory experience preferred Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising security officers and carrying out administrative procedures as required by the branch. This will involve, performing inspections, scheduling and assigning employees to shifts and posts as needed, and ensuring post orders are followed. Furthermore, you will respond to incidents and provide service coverage as needed, as well as lead, coach and train personnel.Specific responsibilities for this supervisory role include:Ensuring that personnel delivers high-quality service, evaluating service quality and initiating any necessary corrective action in a timely mannerMeeting with Branch management for status updates, to address any actual or potential problemsProviding support during client start-ups and input to security planning, assessments and surveysReviewing orders and communicating requirements and changes to affected personnelEnsuring that each staff member is treated with dignity and respectSupporting, coaching employees, and carrying out disciplinary actions, as necessaryMaintaining a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and proceduresCommunicating and coordinating with Branch management regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of servicesCoordinating with Branch management and other supervisory personnel to discuss customer service, initiatives, personnel matters, and related issuesInspecting patrol routes and sites as assigned to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with orders, contracts and directivesReviewing client and company required reports for accuracy and timelinessAssisting in preparing and submitting payroll informationPerforming tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned officeField Security Supervisor Job RequirementsWe are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Field Security Supervisor who combines industry experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
