This role is critical in helping the organization make data-driven decisions by preparing datasets, developing insightful dashboards, tracking key performance and risk indicators, and supporting operational reporting needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who is hands-on with execution, capable of driving delivery from ideation through planning, development, and closeout.As a cybersecurity analyst senior, you will...Design, build, and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cybersecurity compliance metrics.Develop and track metrics related to cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), including policy adherence, control effectiveness, audit findings, and regulatory requirements.Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and ensure alignment with enterprise GRC objectives.Collaborate with GRC, legal, and compliance teams to gather requirements, translate them into actionable data insights, and support risk assessments and compliance reporting.Extract and manipulate data from enterprise applications and data sources (structured and unstructured), to support reporting, analytics, and compliance evidence collection.Leverage data and analytics platforms to process, analyze, and visualize large-scale cybersecurity datasets, enabling scalable and efficient data workflows.Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis, with a focus on risk reduction and compliance enhancement.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms, supporting both operational and regulatory reporting needs.Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to the development of data governance practices within the cybersecurity function.Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and executive-level reporting on cybersecurity risk and compliance posture. We’d love to hear from people with:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related field or 3+ of relevant experience. Apply knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven experience in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development, especially for GRC and security metrics.Strong skills to prepare, analyze, and visualize data to support decision making using enterprise solutions e.g.Power BI and Tableau. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and metrics.Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of systems for tracking and reporting key metrics—including risk, performance, and cybersecurity compliance—while supporting the implementation and alignment of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks with enterprise objectives.Exhibit exceptional oral and written interpersonal and communication skills. Experience Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel proficiently. Apply a deep understanding of business processes and process improvement initiatives. Provide top-tier customer service. Proven working knowledge of systems development lifecycle and IT operations. Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GRC processes, tools, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX, PCI DSS).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cybersecurity risk and compliance.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data extraction, and compliance evidence management.Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business teams.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, metrics, and regulatory requirements.Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in SQL or other advanced data manipulation tools.A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.Experience working in or supporting a cybersecurity or IT operations environment.
