Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant New Haven CTUrgently HiringUp to $190k4-day work week!We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our practice in New Haven, CT. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is experienced in orthopedics/musculoskeletal issues, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an NP/PA and be able to work independently in CT. Our primary office location is in New Haven, but the incoming NP/PA may be asked to provide coverage at our offices in Middletown or Waterbury. Duties:Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)Order and review tests/labs Diagnosis and treatment plan formulationPatient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalitiesManage patient careTreatments- trigger point and injections under US guidance (training available)Documentation and progress notes – daily, timely and accurateCollaboration with the team and senior providers as needed for comprehensive patient care plansRequirements:Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant programNP/PA license in CTMinimum of 2+ years’ clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician AssistantMusculoskeletal management background is preferredSchedule:Full time (4 or 5-day work week)Compensation:$160k-$190k (DOE) plus potential bonus compensationBenefits (full time):Professional advancement with trainingVacation/ PTO Bonus compensation potentialHealth insurance Scrub reimbursementMalpractice insuranceLicense and CME/CEU stipend/reimbursementWe are seeking a provider who has a passion for positively impacting others, believes in an integrated approach to healthcare, to communicate, educate, and collaborate effectively with staff and patients.
