Please be aware, Sherwin-Williams recruiting team members will never request a candidate to provide a payment, ask for financial information, or sensitive personal information like national identification numbers, date of birth, or bank account numbers during the application process.CORE RESPONSIBILITY Provide general product support to USCA Protective & Marine Sales Reps, PDMs and APMs through email and phone calls. This may include providing proper use of unpublished data required for a product submission or acceptance, reviewing chemical compatibility of various commodities for use with our linings and containment offering or providing general product recommendations, application guidance or otherwise product support for our internal P&M Sales and Marketing Team. Provide general product support for Protective and Marine Products, to members outside of our dedicated USCA P&M team. This may include PSG, GI, Global P&M Support among other business units within the SW Organization. Provide external product support for Protective and Marine products in a limited capacity, as well as connecting these individuals with their local P&M Sales or Support contact. Provide training support, as needed, to ensure our audience is properly utilizing the resources available to them. This should include becoming familiar with and directing inquiries to information on Sharepoint, Product PDSs, HEARS and Pitch. FORMAL EDUCATIONRequired:  High School Diploma or Equivalent  KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: RequiredMinimum of 10 years experience in Protective and Marine Coating and Linings Sales or Support role
