Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Business Process Reengineering and Performance Excellence Sr. Manager to join our Transformation Team. This role encompasses the implementation and compliance of Leidos Policy LP-PE-1, including oversight of organizational programs, proposal leadership, and business process optimization. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor program managers, and implement innovative solutions to achieve strategic business objectives while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as enterprise authority to execute comprehensive assessments of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of opportunity for automation, digital transformation, and technology integration. Lead the redesign of business processes through lean, standardized, and scalable solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Provide strategic leadership to the Business Process Reengineering and Performance Excellence Lead in support of organizational transformation and change management efforts in collaboration with the LQTC Transformation Office Sr. Director. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including VA, Occ Health, Commercial Services, Finance, HR, CTO, CIO, Enabling Operations, and Growth to implement and ensure compliance with Leidos Policy LP-PE-1 through comprehensive program oversight. Provide leadership and participation in Technical Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Execution Planning Reviews (XPRs), Bid Risk Reviews (BRRs), and Bid Approval Reviews. Conduct regular program reviews and deep dives to assess performance, identify risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of reengineered processes and program performance. Monitor and report on the impact of process changes and program outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications/Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role leading organizational transformation, business process optimization and program Management. Equivalent experience and/or combination of education considered. Proven track record of leading successful, large-scale process transformation initiatives. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing end-to-end process reengineering projects, including scope, timelines, and deliverables. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven briefing capabilities to senior customers and C-level leadership. Proficiency using a variety of project management tools to include Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated with ability to work independently without extensive supervision. Interpersonal and collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities. Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) background investigation Preferred Qualifications: PMP and/or CBPP certification. Experience in the health care industry.
