The Opportunity This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Working here you’ll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide.What You’ll Work OnManage document change control for Work Orders, procedures, Job Aids, and other QA‑controlled documents.Ensure all quality documents, formulations, and packaging/ingredient specifications are accurate and available before production.Perform LIMS test mapping and support minor POMsnet recipe updates.Create, update, and maintain quality documents, manuals, deviations, and procedures, including AS/400 Work Orders.Coordinate labeling and packaging material changes with correct formulations.Support QA change control activities and collaborate with Plant and Division teams.Lead document reviews, resolve cross‑functional discrepancies, and support new products/projects affecting Quality Systems.Assist with deviation scheduling, implementation, coordination, and closure.Provide Work Orders for engineering studies, replicates, and clinical projects.Serve as backup to Document Coordinators and perform additional duties as assigned.You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of QA‑related experience (Lab Analyst, Batch Log Auditor, etc.)Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals.Basic understanding of manufacturing batch processes.Experience with AS400 word processing preferred.Proficiency with computer systems and management information systems.Preferred Qualifications2 years as a Document Coordinator preferred.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
