This position will be full-Time and onsite located in Tullahoma, NC. Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts, 6am to 4:30pm.What You’ll DoResponsible for the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machinesMakes complex repairs and major adjustments to assembly equipment, including set-ups and changeoversPerforms quality checks per the quality inspection plan (QIP) and documents specified measurements per print at required intervalsPerforms daily/weekly/monthly preventive and routine machine maintenancePerforms tooling adjustment (e.g., sharpening/conditioning, checking height of spring-loaded pins (pin-out), keying features, bend stations, insertion stations)Replaces sensors, punches, dies, stock components, air cylinders, belts, etc.Adjusts housing feed based on associated standards.Uses height indicator, ram optic, gauges, and microscopic visual checksIdentifies and re-sets machine faults, clears jams, restarts production, removes and packages finished productWhat You'll NeedRequired:Acquires basic job skills and learns company policies and procedures; generally, has little or no prior relevant training or work experienceFollows established procedures to accomplish tasksAbility to read, understand, and follow complex work instructions and product specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work in a clean room environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Commitment to safety and quality standardsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English to read signage, understand documentation, and communicate processesPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorMust be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in personSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etcReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$17.00 hrThe pay range for this position is listed above.
