Overview: Commercial Appliance Service Technician Monday - Friday As a CSC Appliance Service Tech, you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance & repair on our industrial Washer/Dryer appliances to your assigned service area. Your days will start and finish at home with the company vehicle & gas card provided for you! Job Duties:Troubleshooting mechanical, electronic, and technological repairs on commercial laundry equipment (washing machines/dryers, and air vending machines).Proactively managing maintenance requirements to keep machines working reliably, reducing the need for future service calls.Maintain stock of parts in your company vehicle so you’re always prepared to provide a quick solutionHandling daily/weekly service tasks utilizing route and dispatch software toolsInstruct customers and/or clients how to operate appliances and equipment in a safe and effective manner.Clean & Test equipment to make sure it’s fully functioning before you leave.Promptly respond to inquiries and complaints from customersKeeping delivery locations clean and safe - a quick yet important part of our Best-in-Class service.
