Job InfoJob Location: Syracuse, New YorkRoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: Temp to HireTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 1+ yearAdditional InformationCDL A Yard Jockey - Shuttle Driver - $26 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local yard jockey/shuttling operations based in Syracuse, NY.    CDL A Details  Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5:30 PM – 3 AM and Friday 5:30 PM – 4 AM or  Mon – Fri/Tue - Sat Alternative Schedule 10:30 AM – 8 PM   Pay:  $26 Per Hour + OT after 40 Hours Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,200 Route Type: Local Freight / Load Type: Shuttling back forth from Syracuse, NY, also yard moves Handling: No touch freight CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A   Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes  Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards   Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program     Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
