Studio Engineer

Our client, an innovative leader in automotive design and mobility solutions, is seeking a Studio Engineer to join their team. As a Studio Engineer, you will be part of the Design and Engineering Department supporting the development of autonomous vehicle concepts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovative design, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Studio Engineer Location:Foster City, CA Pay Range: $85/h + benefits What's the Job? Collaborate with design and engineering teams to transform creative concepts into functional vehicle designs Support modeling activities, including creating model setups and armatures Ensure surface development aligns with aesthetic and engineering criteria Lead technical reviews and organize meetings to resolve design and engineering issues Maintain documentation and tracking related to surface development, engineering, and design issues What's Needed? Bachelor of Science Technical Degree (4 Year Degree) Minimum of 8 years of experience in related automotive design or studio engineering roles Proficiency in CATIA (V6 preferred) and understanding of automotive manufacturing processes Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team What's in it for me?
