Job DescriptionAramark is hiring a Lead Engineer to oversee facilities engineering and maintenance operations at the Galen Center, a premier athletics and events venue on the USC campus. This role is responsible for hands-on technical work across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as day-to-day supervision and leadership of engineering and maintenance staff.This position is ideal for a seasoned facilities professional with strong HVAC plant experience, proven leadership capability, and the ability to operate in a high-demand, event-driven environment. Location: University of Southern California ? RequiredMinimum 5 years of commercial HVAC and facilities engineering experiencePrior experience supervising or leading maintenance staffStrong technical background in:Chillers and hot water boilersCooling towers and heat exchangersVFD-driven systems and plant operationsAbility to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 operating environmentAbility to read, understand, and follow technical documentation and safety proceduresWorking computer knowledge for work order systems and reportingThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
