8901 - Corp Office West Crk - 12800 Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, Richmond, Virginia, 23238CarMax, the way your career should be! Essential ResponsibilitiesAs a Manager of Corporate Strategy, you will work with the CarMax leadership to help shape the company’s strategy within our Product and Operational departments. You will ensure success in those departments by:Identifying opportunities across the organization by periodically leading sessions to identify potential new initiatives for development, and developing and maintaining a roadmap of new initiatives and tests for development that roll up to our long-range Strategic PlanSupporting the development of solutions in partnership with our functional experts in each areaDefining the test plan to understand interdependencies between tests, the sequencing of testing, and identifying key performance metricsConducting test analysis to understand performance and identifying opportunities to further enhance the initiativeDetermining when ready for market expansionMaintaining a communication strategy to inform all executives on results from strategic initiatives as well as overall business performanceQualifications:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
