The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, leadership, and commitment to high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.Responsibilities:Coordinate resident care through staff scheduling and assignmentsProvide clinical leadership and supervision during overnight hoursSupport residents and families with professionalism and compassionServe as a clinical resource for nursing staffMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant environmentEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of resident informationOversee accurate and timely clinical documentationPromote collaboration among interdisciplinary healthcare teamsQualifications:Active NYS RN license requiredMinimum 3 years long-term care experienceStrong leadership and team-oriented approachProficient with EHR and e-prescribing systemsExcellent communication skillsBasic computer proficiencyAbout Us:Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a 281-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
