PELVIC HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPIST Metro Chicago hospital seeks Physical Therapist JOB SUMMARY: Metro Chicago hospital seeks  Pelvic Health  Physical Therapist full time. Monday-Friday . Outpatient adults.  RESPONSIBILITIES: *Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services.Prefer Pelvic Health Certification. *Prefer 2 years experience. *Schedule: full time preferred Monday-Friday.  No Weekends.2 locations.
