Could it be you?About the roleAs a Project Manager, you will make an impact by driving delivery excellence across digital banking initiatives, ensuring product vision, roadmaps, and execution are well‑defined and successfully delivered. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with Product Owners, Tech Owners, cross‑functional partners, and client stakeholders.In this role, you will:Define and manage the Product Roadmap in JIRA—from Idea → Initiative → EPIC → User Story.Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech Owners to shape the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Backlogs.Plan, facilitate, and summarize quarterly Product Increment Planning events.Identify, manage, and escalate cross‑workstream risks, dependencies, and impediments.Provide budget oversight, including monthly Hyperion forecasting and reporting dashboards for business updates.What you must have to be considered:7+ years of project or program management, with 5+ years in digital banking.Strong understanding of digital banking products and services (consumer and/or business; web and/or mobile).Demonstrated success with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.5+ years of experience with IT and/or banking operations systems.Expertise in Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.These will help you succeed:Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Experience coordinating across complex workstreams and multiple stakeholders.Ability to exercise independent judgment and strategic thinking.Knowledge of systems integration, data interfaces, and regulatory compliance projects.Experience with vendor and contract management.Work modelThis is an onsite position requiring 5 days per week at the client location in Plano, Texas.This role requires up to 5 days per week of travel to the client site in Plano, Texas.We are also open to consider candidates based out of San Francisco, California.
