This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.Responsibilities:Supervise clinical and administrative operations of the assigned unitEnsure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of careMentor and support nursing staff with clinical guidance and developmentMonitor resident care, documentation, and quality outcomesReview resident records and individualized care plansAddress resident and family concerns professionallyCollaborate with interdisciplinary teamsServe as liaison between unit staff and facility leadershipSupport quality improvement and regulatory readinessQualifications:Active NYS RN license required3+ years long-term care experience preferred2+ years Charge Nurse experience preferredStrong leadership and clinical judgmentProficient with electronic documentation and basic computer systemsExcellent communication skillsAbout Us:Founded in 1975, the Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, fully equipped, skilled nursing facility offering a full range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services.
