Forklift Operator - Temp to HireConroe, TX | $22.50/hour | 1st Shift**About the Role:** Our client, a distribution and logistics company in Conroe, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Join a professional team and grow your career in a fast-paced environment!**Schedule & Pay:**- 1st Shift: 7: 30 AM - 4: 30 PM, Monday - Friday- $22.50 per hour- Weekly pay- Temp-to-hire opportunity**Responsibilities:**- Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently- Load and unload trucks and containers- Move materials throughout the warehouse- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation- Inspect forklift and report maintenance needs- Maintain clean and organized work area- Follow all safety protocols and procedures**Requirements:**- High School Diploma or GED- 1-2 years of forklift operation experience required- Sit-down forklift experience preferred- Forklift certification is a plus- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when not operating equipment- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic- Team player with positive attitude
