Dental Assistant

We are a growing, multi-specialty dental practice seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to primarily support our General Dentist, with the willingness to assist in Pediatrics, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery as needed. This is a great opportunity for an assistant who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and working in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist the General Dentist during restorative, preventive, and basic surgical proceduresSupport Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Oral Surgery providers as neededPrepare and break down treatment rooms; sterilize instrumentsTake dental x-rays and impressionsAssist with procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, orthodontic adjustments, and pediatric treatmentsEducate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsEnsure a smooth, positive patient experienceQualificationsDental Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferredExperience in General Dentistry required; specialty experience a plusX-ray certification (state requirements apply)Comfortable working with children and adult patientsStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and assist across multiple specialtiesCEREC knowledgeWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceCross-training in multiple dental specialtiesSupportive, team-oriented workplaceBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, BonusesCompensation:$20-$30/hour
